great to see that baseball is still thriving in my old stomping grounds. i was the voice of the indians on cksw in the early 60's. jackie mcleod was the manager and a star player as well. he played all positions in the field and even pitched the odd game. the indians won the southern league championship, i believe it was in 1963 in the most memorable game i've ever seen. they beat moose jaw 2-0 in the 7th and deciding game at ross wells park. merv sanderson pitched a perfect game that night and catcher, harvey nybo drove in the winning runs with a double in the 7th. i've never been so excited calling a game. you could hear me all over the park. i'm in my late 60's now, but the memory of that game is still very fresh in my mind. thanks for the memories swift current. hope the indians win another one for you this summer.

It is great to catch up with what is going on with Indians baseball. It brings back a lot of memories from the summers I used to play! Wish I could be closer to support the club and watch quality ball. Good luck Men. Good to see that funky 'C' is still going strong.

Ok , well I didn't want to be left out from the Shamburg, Hohl clan - I am one of Brady Hohl's uncles who is watching from Coeur d' alene, Id. Thank god for modern technology! Love being able to watch the games, is there a simulcast shedule out or did i just embarass myself? You've got yourself a great kid in Brady Hohl, take care of him and he will run for you!
